Recently, Denean Sturino and Kevin Rasp won a jury verdict for a large Korean automobile manufacturer. The case began with a $19 million demand and, after seven years of litigation, ended in a defense jury verdict at trial. Denean defended the case from its inception, building the technical defenses and undermining the claimed damages over those seven long years. Kevin has assisted for the last two and a half years.
