Kevin C. Rasp joined the associate board of CARPLS, which is a local non-profit organization that provides pro bono and low-cost legal advice through its hotline and four court-based help desks. CARPLS serves more clients than any other legal assistance organization in Cook County, counseling thousands of clients each year. It celebrates its twentieth anniversary in 2013.
